The Combined Care Consortium (CCC) is a community interest company, dedicated to enhancing standards, practices, and policies in health, social care, and community resources. Our consortium brings together key stakeholders who are committed to sharing best practices and celebrating our collective efforts as professionals in the field.
Our Mission
In the UK, the stark reality is that approximately 4.2 million children live in poverty—equating to one in three children. Among 14.4 million individuals in poverty, 8.1 million are working-age adults, and 2.1 million are pensioners. The CCC was founded to address these and many other pressing issues for vulnerable communities through effective partnership working and collaboration. We aim to create impactful community projects that improve outcomes and provide hope for families and individuals seeking support, access to opportunities, and a voice in policy change.
Purpose
The CCC serves as a platform for discussing emerging challenges facing communities across the UK. Through our governance meetings, we will share both positive and negative experiences, aiming to identify areas for improvement and effect meaningful change. Our community impact organizations will represent the voices of children, young people, and adults, ensuring that lived experiences are at the heart of our work.
