Richard Kemp CBE

Richard Kemp CBE is a long-standing champion for social justice and
community development. As the Lord Mayor of Liverpool, he has
spearheaded numerous local initiatives aimed at improving the lives of
care leavers and vulnerable populations. Richard Kemp’s leadership has
been pivotal in creating the Care Leaver Local Offer, a comprehensive
program designed to provide support, resources, and real opportunities
for young people in the city. His commitment to social care reform
extends beyond policy, as he actively engages with communities to
drive grassroots change.
