Sarah Scahill has worked for the Partnership for nearly 20 years;
progressing through a variety of leadership roles including across
John Lewis shops, leading service for John Lewis, developing Partner
Capability, leading the Learning Experience and is currently leading
Care Experience for the Partnership. Sarah’s team deliver both
employability programmes and support broader work with the care
experience community as part of their Building Happier Futures
programme, all in service of becoming the employer of choice for
care experienced people. Sarah describes the current role as an
absolute privilege to be able to lead such meaningful work and
make a difference to a deserving community; having close personal
connections to both fostering and adoption.
