Susan Rolfe

Susan, an experienced Managing Director with a three-decade-long
career in social care, started in the voluntary sector as a Leader and
Manager. Her journey led her to excel as a Service Manager for
16 children’s homes in the local authority, eventually becoming the
Principal Manager for Looked After Children. In 2017, Susan became
the Managing Director of Exceptional Care, focusing on teamwork
and company growth. She also serves as the Regional Lead for
The Children’s Home Association, impacting the sector positively.
Susan’s dedication to children’s well-being has left a lasting mark
on the social care field.
